Job Description:

• Provide and facilitate the delivery of responsive and reliable solutions and information to targeted customers

• Customer Problem Resolution:  Provide and facilitate the delivery of solutions and information to targeted customers 

• Handles inquiries and requests for changes to air itinerary after ticketing 

• Research alternatives and work directly with customers when changes to the airline itinerary are requested or mandated

• Provide accurate quotes, calculate additional fees, quote air prices and manually create airline reservations 

•  Assist Travel Partners, Direct Guests and internal department users in making their air arrangements.

Qualifications:

•  At least 1 semester in college

• 18 years old

•  Basic proficiency with computer and mobile applications

•  Preferably with 6 months to 1 year  experience, preferably in a call center – Travel, but not mandatory

• Ability to work in a structured, faced – paced call center Customer Serviceenvironment with strict time demands 

• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge quickly and use the knowledge effectively in their work displays poise under pressure.
