About the Role:

As the IT Procurement Leader at Innovaccer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless procurement of IT equipment ,Software Product and services to support our global operations. Leveraging your expertise in vendor evaluation, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration, you will drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our procurement processes. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in global procurement, with a focus on IT equipment , Software Products and devices.

A Day in the Life:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of potential suppliers to assess compatibility with company objectives, quality standards, and pricing considerations
  • Solicit help & support to all vendors in onboarding suppliers successfully as well as train vendors on vendor portal usage.
  • Accountable for supplier onboarding with precise document verification and record keeping & tagging.
  • Manage purchase requests and apply sourcing strategies to source quality vendors.
  • Draft RFQ or RFP documents to source quotes/proposals for open PRs from all assigned departments as per the alignment from the senior procurement manager.
  • Supplier Selection by following the right procurement policies & procedures
  • Prepare Selection Reports and get necessary approvals before proceeding for PO
  • Open PR/PO management. Release PO in time with accuracy.
  • Communicate/Collaborate with suppliers for deliveries to various centers across India and Away.
  • Upkeep procurement records for any audits as per the policy guidelines.
  • Record all procurement contracts and its lifecycle in the contract management system and intimate team on upcoming renewals.
  • Prepare procurement reports and dashboard as per the organization needs.
  • Drive sustainable procurement practice to mitigate carbon emission and contribute to Fractal’s carbon neutrality program.
  • Drive Supplier Diversity Goals.
  • Handle reverse auction events on reverse auction tools as and when required.
  • Manage procurement operation day to day activities

 What You Need:

  • 12-15 years of experience in Comprehensive knowledge on indirect procurement with an IT/ITES or large organization on the global front.
  • Experience in categories like Administration, IT, Manpower Services, Professional Services.
  • Experience working with stakeholders from IT, Admin, HR, Marketing, Finance & Legal, etc.
  • Experience facing internal and external audits.
  • Experience in handling RFPs with commercial & technical weightage.
  • In depth Hands-on Experience with sourcing & procurement tools
  • Able to draft & execute SOP’s for procurement services.
  • Ability to draft & review commercial contract clauses.
  • Good Experience in contract Lifecycle Management using contract management platforms.
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent inter- personal communication skills both written and oral. Experience of interacting with international vendors is essential.
  • Strong negotiation & organization skills; a detail oriented, self- starter with ability to work independently with various functions to meet their business requirements.
