Job Description

1. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Human Capital Management Solutions with 5+ years on Oracle HCM Cloud.
2. Must have minimum of 2-3 implementations across Oracle HCM Cloud suite of modules.
3. Expert in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM product suite: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Management modules, HCM Analytics.
4. Must have Oracle HCM Cloud application knowledge thorough understanding of HCM Cloud functional/technical data flows, transactions, and integrations between multiple Oracle HCM applications.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly understand business HR concepts, converting them into technical solutions, while considering the broader cross-module Oracle HCM impacts.
6. Reporting capabilities (BIP /OTBI) - Security aspects and how they are controlled.
7. Thorough understanding of Job/Function/Data securities/Areas of Responsibility.
8. Solid understanding of PaaS to SaaS integration framework.
9. Good understanding of Payroll, Costing, Labor Distribution, Sub ledger accounting, General Ledger, PPM integrations.
10. Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies.
11. Strong management experience, including direct report and consulting teams remotely.
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
13. Demonstrate successful working relationships with all levels of IT and Business Partners.
14. Good project management skills, planning and organization skills desired.
15. Review and provide coaching and feedback on design, configuration, and documentation.
16. Lead and support clients with the execution of test scripts.
17. Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning to stay current on trends.
18. Oracle Cloud Certification.
19. Willing to travel as necessary.

Required Technical Competencies

***Work you will do (Duties and Responsibilities):***
1. Key thought leader, contributor and proactive collaborator to define and align the technical and architectural vision for the program solution with other solution and system architects.
2. Provide strategy and solution support for Oracle HCM Suite, with broader overarching understanding and support for Oracle HCM Security, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Goal, Performance, Succession, Time & Labor, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Career Development.
3. Apply functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with technical consulting team, in the implementation of business-aligned and driven Oracle Cloud solutions.
4. Align client’s existing business process and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs.
5. Lead clients in workshops to formulate functional business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud functionality and overall solution delivery.
6. Identify requirement and design gaps and develop solutions to align with overall solution delivery.
7. Configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements and design and document application set-up.
8. Advise clients on options, risks and any impacts on other processes and/or systems.
9. Participate in determining the system, subsystems, and interfaces, validate technology assumptions and evaluate alternatives.
10. Align with Oracle product short/long term roadmap and features with Oracle’s new release cycles, business enhancements and production break-fix solutions.
11. Identifies any enabler capabilities and features and remove architectural gaps and impediments.
12. Promotes adaptive design and engineering practices, facilitates the reuse of ideas, components, services, and proven patterns across product teams.
13. Attends and provides inputs for high level estimates and identify dependencies, work with sales to provide necessary documentation and artifacts.
14. Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution and innovative design.
15. Be leaders with a vision in the Oracle Cloud space with innovative solutions around the product.
16. Works closely in collaboration with Senior management - contributing to strategic planning, direction, organizational vision, and goal setting for the department.
17. Willingness to create and deliver abstracts, webinars and presentations for conferences, user groups and social media.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
­    MS Computer Science or MCA Master of Computer Applications or BE Computer or BE Electronics
­    Oracle Cloud HCM related certificates

Preferred Abilities:
­    Experience with various cloud, SaaS, and on-premises HCM or EBS.
­    Possess self-awareness and the ability to utilize constructive feedback to improve performance.
­    Knowledge of Java, OIC, OCI, SDLC.
­    Team-Player who creates a positive team environment.
