About the job
Associate Network & System Engineer will be part of the IT Infrastructure Team. He will have a primary responsibility to provide Support to all the End Users. He will support the Network & System Engineering Team to keep our Server and Network infrastructure secure and accessible. He will demonstrate superb technical competency in delivering mission critical environment & infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of IT services availability and performance.

Job Description

When you are working with us, you will be doing the following:

IT Support:

• Preparation, management and troubleshooting of all end user devices.

• Installation and management of all End Point Security (Antivirus)

• Assist in Network Security devices maintenance and management.

• Provide first and second level support to End users.

• Proactively ensure the highest levels of IT Support and Operations via Helpdesk

IT Operations:
• Coordinate with IT Vendors for the Procurement of IT Equipment within the scheduled timeframe.
• Ensuring the IT Asset Register and IT Stock Inventory are properly tracked and updated daily.

• Take new initiatives to improve the overall support domain of IT.

IT Cloud:
• Management of Cloud Technologies like Azure and Microsoft365
• Configuring Secure Services for Offshore Users to provide benchmark IT Services

• Shared responsibility for virtual environment with IT Team.
• Managing, Monitoring and Maintenance of Azure and Microsoft Intune

You can get in if you can prove that you:
• Are a graduate in Computer Engineering or IT related discipline.
• Having 1 to 2 Years of experience.
• Have good knowledge about System and Network Infrastructure
• Have good concepts about VOIP and Security Domain
• Have good knowledge about Helpdesk Management and how to Provide Level -1 Support to
users
• Are proficient in using MS Excel and other similar tools
• Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Are a Team Player
