Responsibilities:
- Product Requirements and Roadmap: Collaborate with the product leadership to define and prioritize product features and enhancements. Ensure the timely delivery of product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and ML teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with customer success, marketing, and data teams to understand product performance, customer feedback, and new use cases. Turn these insights into actionable product improvements.
- Customer Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between customers and the product team by gathering, analyzing, and integrating feedback into the development process.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Build and maintain product dashboards to monitor feature adoption, customer behavior, and KPIs. Leverage data to guide decision-making and validate product changes.
- User Experience Advocate: Collaborate with design and UX teams to ensure features are intuitive and deliver exceptional user experiences. Participate in user testing to refine product designs.
- Project Management: Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver value to the customer.
- Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the enterprise SaaS and AI space. Bring this knowledge to inform product strategy and differentiation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in management consulting or product management
- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Preferred industry experience in healthcare, SaaS, and/or high-tech sectors
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent skills in story lining, slide-making, and clear communication of complex ideas.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and experience working with product management tools (Jira, Aha etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
- Passion for visual design and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
