Associate Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We seek a skilled Associate Technical Project Manager to join our organization. As an Associate Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the successful delivery of data science-based projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, product management, design and other stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time with high quality. Your technical expertise and project management skills will be essential in driving project success and promoting efficient processes. 

The working hours for this role will be from 2:30 p.m. IST to 11:00 p.m. IST.

• Coordinate cross-project activities to ensure alignment with overarching product goals.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and trackers.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams and internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during implementation.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and continuous improvement processes.
• Understanding of software release management.
  
   

About You:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field 
• Relevant experience of 2+ years as an Associate Project Manager or in a similar role,
• Experience working on a B2B SaaS product.
• Strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum, Kanban), including project planning, execution, risk and release
• management.
• Experience working with project management tools, Jira, Clickup, Asana
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Good to have:

• Basic knowledge of Data Science concepts
