Job Description:

  • Design and implement Atlassian software, e.g., JIRA, Confluence
  • Customize Atlassian tools according to project requirements including workflow configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes etc.
  • Integrate Atlassian tools with other systems using APIs
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and solve software defects reported by customers
  • Maintain system stability, improve performance, and prepare system documentation
  • Document standards, guidelines and standard operating procedures for admins/users of the system
  • Work with internal and external organizations to support various customer user-level requirements, including resolving elevated end-user support requests, and researching and deploying advanced technologies
  • Monitor application status; support application event triage, monitoring, tracking, and correlation and event characterization and escalation
  • Provide technical assistance, training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applications

 

Qualifications:

  • Confluence Expert
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Atlassian toolset development and management
  • Proficient in Java, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Strong conceptual knowledge in Agile methodology
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
