Job Description:

Required:

  • 5+ years of overall Atlassian experience
  • Highly experienced with workflow automation
  • Proficient with Groovy
  • Experienced with third-party integrations via Connectors, Webhooks, REST API

 

Strongly desired:

  • ServiceNow Administration and Development experience
  • Experienced with ScriptRunner for Jira Server/Data Center and Jira Cloud
  • Proficient with Nunjucks and Jira expressions

 

Good to have:

  • Atlassian certifications (especially ACP-100, ACP-120)
  • Okta administration
  • Atlassian Access administration
  • Knowledge of key ITSM concepts
  • Understanding of various Agile software development methodologies
