ATM QA Analyst

Must have skills

Experience with functional, regression, end-to-end, and hardware testing on ATMs terminals

Good knowledge on different ATM terminal models and their capabilities.

Experience of automation testing using tools such as VMWare, Clear2Pay (or similar one)

Experience in multiple projects in the areas of Deposits, ATM/Debit/Credit Card processing, Cheque processing

Experience in identifying, creating and executing Manual Test Cases, Performance Test cases and Automation Test cases

Front end testing using physical test media in a production like environment setup

Experience in performing database testing

Experience using mainframe application for test execution back end validation and preparation

modifying data of test cards Experience using ticket logging and test case validation application tools such as HP ALM, JIRA

Experience using SharePoint, Confluence and MS Office

CHIP EMV experience

Responsibility

Review requirements and any related documents with developers to confirm expected functionality and business needs.

Develop test cases and test plan according to requirements

Determine test environment and test data requirements.

Must be able to communicate with leads regarding project readiness, status and potential risks, Document, quantify, and elevate risks as appropriate.

Provide status reporting for execution and defects

Tracks and coordinates defect resolution and retesting quantifying and mitigating risk accordingly using HPALM

Participate in meetings, provide estimates, analyze and validate project requirements and technical specifications and document key issues.

Execute various testing types including Functional, Regression, Integration etc

Write excellent defect reports.

Provide timely & effective communication to the Lead relating to quality, project issues and concerns etc.
