Audio Visual (AV) Service Coordinator

Washington, D.C. - Onsite

Clearance:- US Citizens with any Security/Secret Clearance preferred.

Position Summary:

The AV Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the service and maintenance of audio-visual systems for our clients. This role involves managing service requests, scheduling maintenance, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage incoming service requests from clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair services for AV systems.
  • Assign service tasks to AV technicians and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor the progress of service requests and provide updates to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their service needs and provide technical support as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the AV operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during service operations.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of service parts and equipment.
  • Handle escalations and resolve any issues related to service delivery promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.

Required Skills:-

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in AV Technology, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV service coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of AV systems and technologies.
