Position Summary:
The AV Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the service and maintenance of audio-visual systems for our clients. This role involves managing service requests, scheduling maintenance, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming service requests from clients.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair services for AV systems.
- Assign service tasks to AV technicians and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor the progress of service requests and provide updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory.
- Communicate with clients to understand their service needs and provide technical support as necessary.
- Collaborate with the AV operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during service operations.
- Assist in the procurement and management of service parts and equipment.
- Handle escalations and resolve any issues related to service delivery promptly and effectively.
- Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
Required Skills:-
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in AV Technology, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV service coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of AV systems and technologies.
