Summary

Responsible for providing AutoCAD drafting/design support to the Pre-Construction Specialists and Regional Pre-Construction Project Managers for Prototype and Remodel projects.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities after Real Estate Site Approval:
Under supervision, prepare Site Plans and coordinate with the Merchandising team on fixture layouts to ensure the plans meet the intent of the “approved” site or fixture plans prior to the Pre-Construction Review Meeting

Assist the Sr. Design Drafters and Pre-Construction Specialist in working to obtain all municipal and governing agency approvals, ensuring code compliance with all required authorities

Produce all architectural required drawings, as well as assist the Sr. Design Drafters and Pre-Construction Specialist with the management of the various consulting engineers (Structural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) to ensure standards are maintained prior to submittal to the various municipal approving agencies

Primary Responsibilities after Construction Starts:
Assist the Sr. Drafters and Pre-Construction Specialist ensuring any drawings which have been modified, as a result of issues encountered while under construction are issued to the Construction team as a Revision

Ensure all the latest drawings and documents are archived properly per standards after the store opens
