Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on  QA Automation Architect with 12+ years of experience to spearhead our automation efforts and ensure the quality of our fintech products. This role requires the ability to lead a team and effectively engage with Director-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain QA automation frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers.
• Drive automation initiatives across the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct comprehensive test plans, including API testing using Postman.
• Handle legacy systems and legacy UI, ensuring seamless integration with modern solutions.
• Engage and collaborate with Director-level stakeholders to align automation strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, Cucumber and API testing with Postman.
• Hands-on experience in handling legacy systems and legacy UI.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of engaging with Director-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
