Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions for our manufacturing processes.
• Create and modify PLC programs, HMI interfaces, and other automation software to optimize machine performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation systems to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for automation upgrades and enhancements.
• Capable of handling a team of 5 members, providing guidance and leadership in automation projects.
• Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and trends to continuously improve our products and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams on the use and maintenance of automation equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation programming and implementation.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram.
• Experience with HMI development and configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
