Automation Engineers with Python scripting

 
Key Responsibilities:
·        Responsible for designing and developing test scripts using various scripting languages
·        Performs and leads tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects and performs complex work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements
·        Able to document their test results to requirements (traceability)

Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Essential:
·        Technical proficiency in the following:
·        SYNC, Automotive Testing
·        AV DXP
·        Electronics, instrumentation and troubleshooting skills
·        Application design and development with C# .Net, SQL, Spreadsheet gear and DevExpress libraries, Windows deployment, Understanding of MBD process followed in Body areas, Knowledge of test case creation, Embedded Development Lifecycle
·        Test engineering, QA, CAN & Ford internal logging/simulation tools
·        Programming language: Python, Automation tool: Selenium, Appium, Understanding of Automotive protocol (CAN, LIN), Experience with automotive testing tool CANoe, CANalyzer, VNModsim, ECU hardware
·        Automotive tool: Can, VNModsim, , VFS, PBT and technology.
·        Experience with ECU hardware
·        Powertrain Domain, Automation, ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, ConfigurationDesk, PHS, SCALEXIO, HIL, ATI Vision, ECUTest, .net, VBA, Tableau, Alteryx, DET, PTDIAG, Jira, GitHub
