Description

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive organization-wide automation strategies
- Coach customers in building impactful automation programs
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align automation solutions with business needs
- Develop and mature processes, assets, and methodologies for best-in-class delivery

**What We’re Looking For:**
- 4-6+ years of experience in digital transformation or strategic consulting
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate complex conversations at all levels
- Experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry is a plus
- Solid technical background and experience with software development
