  • 12+ Years of experience in testing IoT, OTA and connectivity applications.
  • Candidate who has deep knowledge of Automotive testing.
  • Must be familiar with OTA. Who could help with setting up Lab's, Testing practice, Governance, artefacts.
  • Set up test benches,
  • Know-how of the n/w around how truck works
  • Regression testing coordination etc.

     

You Will Work

 

  • Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team for adequate detailing for test efforts estimation and create execution plans are for scoping for OTA and connectivity testing.
  • Continually track for plan and Actual for assigned projects in terms of scope (plan/actual),
  • Quality of output, and course correction with a high level of collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Continual benchmark best in class practices (outside in benchmark), drive productivity and improve V&V processes
  • Delivery of projects per the commitment.
  • Technical design reviews to ensure the project is delivering per architecture
  • Drive Requirements driven testing (100% Traceability Requirements, Development, Test, Defect)
  • Reporting project status weekly to ensure there are no surprises. Change management in place to manage the changes to the project
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of V&V engineers to build, sustain and grow test capabilities
  • Experience in developing Automation frameworks
  • Experience in software testing tools such as Selenium/Appium/ Tosca & Agile tools like Azure Devops or Jira
