Automation Test Engineer

Responsibilities

 

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and Oracle technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test objectives.
• Design and execute test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
• Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution.
• Perform regression testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to automation testing.
  
   

Requirements

 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Automation Test Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Java, with experience in developing automated test scripts.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
• Sound knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL queries.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
