Here is the JD:

  • He/She should be well versed with Automation
  • Must be well versed in Automation Framework design and Automation Scripting
  • Should be familiar/worked with TDD/BDD Model
  • Should be able to lead the team in global delivery model, meaning should be able to manage and co-ordinate with India-Offshore team
  • Should be well versed with SaFe Agile Practices and Ceremonies
  • Should be good in communication and Stakeholder management
  • Insurance Background is a big plus
