 Contribute with Automation Test Baseline/Strategy/Plan/Estimate/Schedule

●        Contribute with Automation Estimate/Schedule

●        Perform Automation Feasibility, perform POC on new applications

●        Guide Test Automation Engineers to ensure Automation Best Practices are being followed.

●        Set up and daily/weekly calls with Automation Engineers to follow up on status and track the automation progress

●        Coordinate Automation Demos with project team (once a Sprint)

●        Create automation dashboards and update Automation trackers

●        Assist Engineers with Automation Troubleshooting

●        Resource Planning, resource allocation and capacity

●        Perform Automation Code Quality Reviews, approve pull Request.

●        Assit automation team to create intial/implement automation frameworks."

●        Merge code into Main Branch

●        Manage and track automation progress in ADO

●        Integration between ADO and TCoE next Gen Tools

●        Pipeline execution in ADO"

●        Coordinate Automation Release Pipeline creation.

●        Monitor Pipeline pass rate and follow up with team on any discrepancies"

●        Drive automation maturity as transformation initiative
