Technical/Functional Skills - Contribute with Automation Test Baseline/Strategy/Plan/Estimate/Schedule

Contribute with Automation Estimate/Schedule

Perform Automation Feasibility, perform POC on new applications

Guide Test Automation Engineers to ensure Automation Best Practices are being followed.

Set up and daily/weekly calls with Automation Engineers to follow up on status and track the automation progress

Coordinate Automation Demos with project team (once a Sprint)

Create automation dashboards and update Automation trackers

Assist Engineers with Automation Troubleshooting

Resource Planning, resource allocation and capacity

Perform Automation Code Quality Reviews, approve pull Request.

Assit automation team to create intial/implement automation frameworks."

Merge code into Main Branch

Manage and track automation progress in ADO

Integration between ADO and TCoE next Gen Tools

Pipeline execution in ADO"

Coordinate Automation Release Pipeline creation.

Monitor Pipeline pass rate and follow up with team on any discrepancies"
