Automation Test Lead

Job Description:-

● Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and especially Tester Team (Leads)

● Works closely with existing manual testing team to ensure maximum cooperation

● Training of manual testing team to be able to execute / make simple modifications to existing automated test set unattended

● Designing and writing test cases for new features

● Creating regression scripts of previous product increments/ sprints to run in the current sprint’s regression testing

● Automating test cases and delivering automated tests for code

● Collaborating with developers to understand critical paths and ensure product stability

● Suggesting and implementing ideas to improve the automation infrastructure

Skills

● Fluent in English B2/C1 level (German or Polish is an advantage)

● 2+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer

● 2+ years of working experience on Agile projects

● Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog Management)

● Familiarity with API tools (Postman, SOAP)

● Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA (nice to have)

● Proven track record of training / teaching others on Automation Testing and Automation Testing Tools

● Knowledge of Java testing frameworks/tools, e.g. Selenium, TOSCA

● Analytical skills with metrics management and reporting

● Knowledge of SQL and relational databases

● Familiarity with ISTQB

● Knowledge and understanding of standard quality best practices, techniques, and methodologies to drive continuous quality improvements

● SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining)
