Essential Job Functions

Builds and maintains enterprise level audio visual applications and services

Maintains understanding of current and new technology

Maintains equipment standards and standard room type designs

Consults with business units to design advanced, custom audio-visual solutions that fit specific needs

Troubleshoots complex issues with audiovisual and videoconferencing related technology (various

Works closely with other IT teams (security, network, etc.) to implement new enterprise audio-visual

Provides best effort assistance to fulfill any audiovisual technical requirements as assigned

Minimum Qualificators - Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems

(CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training

2 years of experience as a systems or infrastructure engineer or administrator


Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
3+ years of experience as a systems or infrastructure engineer or administrator

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Knowledge of Crestron programming (SIMPL, SIMPL+, VTPro-e)

Understanding of various DSP configurations and programming

Thorough working knowledge of the operation and troubleshooting of AV and videoconferencing related

Experience with HTML5 solutions - preferred
