AVD Azure

J.D:-
· Graduation + Degree/Diploma in Computer Sc or BE/B.Tech in Computer Sc or Electronics/MCA. 
· Strong technical skills with 8 to 10 years’ experience. 
· Technical skills like hands on Experience in IT Infra service delivery not limited to Windows Server, Cloud Infra like Azure/AWS/GSuite, Azure VM/VMWare/Citrix, Office 365, IT Security Tools Like Bit Locker, Defender, MFA, Exposure to SQL, exposure to Power-shell Scripting is a Plus
·Mandatory exposure to any AVD/Citrix VMs. Configuration/Automation skills is a Plus.
·Excellent Reporting Skills, can handle Audit & Compliance
· Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency.
·Ability to Lead the team, Handling the Client, Diffusing Escalations both Internal and External 
· You are proactive, self-driven and able to identify improvements as part of the BAU work to address recurring issues, close monitoring gaps, and automate/reduce manual work.
