### Job Summary: Avionic Project Engineer
**Role:** Avionic Project Engineer

**Job Duties:**
1. Lead daily meetings to manage and adjust plans based on customer needs and priorities.
2. Successfully lead a project team, including subcontractors, to meet customer requirements within budget and schedule.
3. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the production test environment.
4. Improve execution in the production test environment via timely capability releases.
5. Gain consensus with stakeholders (customer, quality operations, engineering PMO) on plans.
6. Responsible for schedule development and timely execution, mitigating risks and problems.
7. Develop and manage the program cost baseline, using EVMS metrics to track progress and reduce variances.
8. Develop the program's technical baseline.
9. Assess engineering issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals.
10. Identify, track, mitigate, and manage program-level risks and opportunities.
11. Estimate resource and material needs for the project/product.
12. Coordinate between resource managers/supervisors to ensure necessary reviews and approvals are received.
**Job Requirements:**
1. Experience leading Government Contract development programs.
2. Experience with Government contract acquisition lifecycle.
3. Experience in managing design to cost activities.
4. Experience with program pursuit and proposal activities.
5. Proficiency in Root Cause Corrective Action process and techniques.
**Desired Skills & Experience:**
1. Project engineering experience on development programs.
2. Technical aptitude with a focus on software and hardware for avionics systems.
3. Ability to interface with customers at multiple levels (executive to engineering).
4. Expertise in project execution and management.
5. Leadership skills and the ability to lead program teams to successful execution.
Any Graduate
