Responsibilities
Assist in tasks between IT capabilities and business objectives to facilitate improvements through process or system solutions to increase overall quality and meet business partner demands. Ability to build out Business Process Modeling workflows utilized by the business to service our customer base.
Assist in conducting business and gap analysis to align information technology solutions with business initiative; suggest and implement ideas to solve for process gaps and system gaps
Assist in the preparation of requirements and process flow documentation in written and/or graphical form (flows)
Build business process modeling workflows utilizing modeling software
Query databases to pull and analysis key data points
Adhere to documented SDLC practices for project and support work using Agile or Waterfall methodology
Elicit, capture, analyze, refine, articulate, and documents business requirements, use cases and/or user stories and acceptance criteria.
Create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials, etc.)
Works with the business resources to develop requirements, create test plans, perform unit testing and UAT when necessary, support business UAT and deploy / implement BAU projects.
AWD and CHORUS Knowledge required - Configures and codes workflow for the full suite of Legacy AWD and Chorus (BPM). This includes all Legacy AWD configuration, such as: Knowledge Enabler Scripting, CSD Creation, Custom Lookups, Security Groups, Roles, Data Dictionary, Worktype / Status table updates, etc. For Chorus, this would include updates and new configuration for: Process Flows, Presentation Flows, Automation Services, Sampling Services, Forms and web service integrations.
Provides post implementation and production support as a level 3 escalation, coordinates and assist in troubleshooting with the help desk and business contacts as needed for Incident ticket resolution.
Monitors and supports AWD Custom Email, NSImport / NetServer, custom code, EnCorr, AWD IND Support Email box and other peripheral AWD Applications on a daily basis.
Provides oversight and fulfills audit control steps for TCS AWD Admins implementing TCS projects. Provides audit support for internal TA project audits and regulatory compliance requests.
Supports patching and testing for AWD related servers and infrastructure (Windows, Linux, JAVA, Microsoft updates, etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in an IT or business discipline, or equivalent education/experience
Training and/or exposure to business systems analysis
AWD Business Process Modeling (BPM) Experience
Excellent written/oral communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within deadlines
