AWS Cloud Architect

What we offer you: Within the Digital Technologies division, for the Engineering group company D.HUB, we are looking for a resource to be included as an AWS Cloud Architect. Engineering D.HUB offers innovative solutions such as cloud, robotic process automation, new generation service desk with chatbots and digital agents, IoT solutions, biometric recognition, "as a service" solutions for vertical applications proprietary to customers and partners, supporting innovation that revolutionizes business processes and supporting new digital business models.

What will your activities and responsibilities be? Design, design and implement cloud-native applications and services, bringing expertise and skills for technical and architectural guidance in the AWS cloud services landscape; Promote and implement cloud-migration, cloud-transformation and modernization projects, supporting the adoption of native cloud practices and models with knowledge of DevOps tools and frameworks (such as Kubernetes); Provide consultancy and strategic support to customers who intend to both migrate legacy applications and develop new cloud native applications; Maintaining and evolving one's skills in a constantly evolving context, following innovations and market solutions useful for improving and experimenting, providing customers with quality and innovative services.

Required qualifications and skills: Technical architectural skills and experience in the AWS field with the ability to balance technical and economic requirements; Strong expertise in AWS technologies, cloud architecture and integration methodologies; Experience in the design, planning and implementation of cloud migration and application modernization projects; Knowledge of native hyperscaler management tools;

Ability to work in a team and to technically guide, if required, the execution of cloud adoption and transformation projects; Knowledge of solutions, architectures and technologies in the server, storage, backup, networking, security, virtualization fields and the main versions of OS and DBMS (SQL, noSQL); Experience with container-based and/or serverless architectures and services; Experience in the design and provisioning of cloud services using native IaC methodologies and tools from the main hyperscalers and the market (e.g. Terraform); Experience in project management and familiarity with project management methodologies;

The following constitute preferential qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in the role; Associate-level AWS certifications or higher; Knowledge of other hyperscalers; Knowledge of one or more IaC tools, for example Terraform; Knowledge of one or more configuration management tools, for example Chef, Ansible; Knowledge and/or certifications in Kubernetes; Knowledge of one (or more) monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace; Knowledge of one or more scripting languages ​​such as Bash, Python, etc.
