AWS Cloud Architect/Solution Architect

Job Details

Excellent problem-solving skills in technical challenges 
Deep knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS Preferred) 
Understanding of Latest cloud computing technologies 
Experience in architecting solutions based on knowledge of infrastructure & application architectures including the integration approaches 
Experience working/building/contributing to proposals for architecture, estimations

Preferred Skills Sets

Experience architecting infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with specific recommendations on server, load balancing, HA/DR, & storage architectures. 
Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in enterprise customers. 
Excellent time management skills, since an AWS solution architect will need to prioritize his/her time on projects >> Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, since an AWS solution architect must be able to communicate his/her design to stakeholders and/or audiences having little or no technical knowledge 
Good decision-making skills, which gives him/her the ability to provide firm and clear perspectives that are secure, resilient, cost-efficient, and managed with operational excellence 
Flexibility and eagerness to learn, since an AWS solution architect must be open to learning the unique requirements of each project 
Strong technical skills such as basic programming knowledge, software development, continuous integration, and so on 
Several years of professional and/or proven-work experience in a relevant field 
An AWS solution architect certification which can be acquired by taking the AWS solution architect examination. >> In depth experience in solution activities like proposal creation, architecture design, RFP/RFI/RFQ response, business cases for cloud, DC hosting, and migration. 
Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders in devising value propositions. 
Collaborate with delivery teams for effort estimation validation, case studies, service offering presentation, SLA alignment etc 
Experience in conducting business impact analysis (BIA) and risk assessment to identify critical business processes and potential risks resulting in improved business resiliencies 
Maintain the business continuity plans in compliance with industry standards 
Knowledge and understanding of enterprise applications, database architectures and tools. 
Experience in networking like LAN, WAN, vLAN, VPN, VPC, DNS, load balancers etc \ 
Experience in architecting and designing Cloud migration approaches, data center migration,application migration etc. 
Experience in designing servers, storage, backup, virtualizaƟon, converged systems, hyper converged systems, SAP on AWS, and managed services solutions. 
Experience in working with AWS services like EC2, VPC, Subneƫng, NACL, SG, Endpoint, IGW, Route53, S3, EBS, EFS, AWS Backup, AWS System Manager, AWS Cloud Watch, AWS Lambda, ECS,EKS, Fargate, AWS step function, AWS Direct Connect, SAP on AWS etc 
Experience in working with leading partner solutions such as AWS, VMware, EMC, Netapp, HPE, Symantec, CA, Dell, Microsoft, Commvault, NetBackup, Druva, Atempo, Veeam etc 
AWS platform specific experience a bonus. 
Enterprise application and database architecture a bonus
