AWS Connect Engineer

Job Description:-
• 7 to 10 years AWS DevOps experienced.
• Proven experience as an AWS Developer or similar role, with a focus on AWS services and development tools.
• Strong expertise in Amazon Connect development, including configuration, contact flow creation, and integration with AWS services.
• Proficiency in AWS Lambda, AWS SDKs, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Lex, and other relevant AWS services used in conjunction with Amazon Connect.
• Experience in creating custom solutions within Amazon Connect using AWS APIs and AWS CLI.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within Amazon Connect setups.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
