AWS Databricks Data Engineer

Role Description

This is a W2 contract role for an AWS Databricks Data Engineer located in Moline, IL. As an AWS Databricks Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data architecture and data pipelines within the AWS Databricks platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement data integration solutions, and automate data workflows. This is an on-site role with a full-time schedule.

This Data Engineer will perform the following functions:
Develop analytics solutions using Databricks, AWS Services, Python & SQL.
Analyze data and develop strategies for populating data lakes.
Perform medium to high complex coding using SQL, Spark & Python.
Perform data wrangling of heterogeneous data.
Support/develop REST APIs in Python using FastAPI framework.
