AWS Devops with GIS & ESRI (ARCGIS)

Here's the high-level JD:
- Very strong AWS skills (5+ years), Devops experience is a bonus
- Extremely good in Python (8+ years)
- Some GIS experience, specifically with ESRI products (arcgis etc) will be very desirable 
- Should have good experience in architecture and design
- Will be required to do Python code review 
- Sound experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipeline using AWS code pipeline 
- Sound knowledge of python unit test framework 
- Experience in building Python packages
- Databse: PostGres/PostGIS, AWS RDS, DynamoDB
- Databse schema design, query, sql, pandas DataFrame
- Data Engineering and Data Pipeline knowledge and experience
