Job Description:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Hands on experience with implementation of core AWS products (e.g., AWS Kubernetes , VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, ELB/ALB, IAM, Lambda, SQS, EBS, Cloud Functions, VPC, Networking, VPN’s)
  • Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, ansible, Powershell, etc.) and solid understanding of Kubernetes and Microservices architecture.
  • On hands experience with configuration management and automation (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
  • Previous experience with Linux and/or Windows SysAdmin as well On Prem and Virtual environments (Vmware, Citrix).
  • Solid experience implementing pipelines for CI/CD, based on principles of DevOps in any of the DevOps platforms on AWS.

 

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • AWS Certification at professional level or equivalent experience.
  • To have experience supporting high traffic and public facing websites, applications, and services that span multiple datacenters and cloud environments
  • On-call duty responsibilities
  • Managed Services and Operational experience
