Azure Architect

Job Description: 
We are looking for a data architect and delivery role to serve as the technical lead the data capabilities which will work across the bank . You will partner closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers/Designers, Developers, and other functional partners to build, implement and deploy , including both 3rd party solutions and custom apps. You will be responsible for all aspects of software development including technical research, requirements gathering, architecture and solution design, product development, system integration, testing, deployment and ongoing enhancements and support. As a tech lead, you will be the primary representative for the pod in all internal discussions with technology and operations teams and will drive the app and data Initiative.

Technical Capabilities :

Expertise in Azure Event hub, Stream Analytics , Blob storage, Keyvault, Azure AD Etc..
Expertise in Azure SQL with strong knowledge on writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, database tuning, query optimization, resolving performance issues, creating Agent Jobs and Scheduling.
Expertise in creating, scheduling and Monitor Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.
Expertise on build API's using Azure Functions with .Net C# framework.
Expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics for Reporting and other data initiative.
Expertise in Building Reports using Power BI.
Expertise on Databricks,
Expertise in Azure Purview for Data cataloging , business glossary for on-prem & data lineage this will be added advantage.
Expertise on API Management Service ( current POC initiative)
Azure Profisee for storing exception data for data quality issues.
Python would be an added advantage as few of the Jobs are still running on python.

Responsibilities:
Lead development teams through all phases of the product development lifecycle, including solution design, enterprise architecture, onboarding, development, testing, deployment and maintenance
Provide technical guidance to the Product Managers (PMs), including feasibility assessments and time/resource/effort estimates
Collaborate with PMs and Researchers to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Support QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help team with creation of test cases, scenarios and acceptance criteria
Partner closely with PMs and training/enablement leads to coordinate deployment and change management
Serve as the system owner of all Sales Technology applications, and have an understanding of each platform’s respective user licenses and vendor relationships
Create technical architecture documentation and presentations to obtain approval from enterprise architecture, data governance, security, privacy and other internal stakeholders
