Entering data into forms, talk to other systems, etc- someone who has worked with large projects with a lot of data
Very focused on usability of forms, looking to build tools as easily as possible- someone who has worked at a large org with bureaucratic structures/levels
Bank constantly has new policies, so need to be able to adapt
Detail oriented- someone who has navigated large organizations and worked across groups, really strong communication skills
Requirements gathering, user stories, working as liaison across business units
They use versionone/digital.ai as requirements gathering tool, which is smaller, but if they have exposure to that it would be great (jira, tfs, other similar products would be ok)
