  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for SQL and Azure related issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems related to SQL and Azure databases.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Azure and SQL infrastructure.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventive measures.
  • Communicate technical solutions and best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure and SQL technologies and advancements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in technical support, preferably with a focus on SQL and Azure DBA .
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, etc.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, including query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator or Azure Developer, are preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
