Azure .NET Developer

Job Description:
Having at least 4 years of experience, this position will be responsible for supporting the Decision Analytics team by developing and maintaining various business solutions. The Azure .NET Developer will be responsible for migrating existing C# console applications and window services to Azure as well as develop new solutions in Azure. This position requires someone who is self-motivated and will take ownership and drive tasks to completion. Must be able to thrive in a team environment, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
Strong experience programming in C# or VB.NET including familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
Experience using .NET framework 4.0 or higher
Familiar with source code repositories such as SVN, GitHub, GitLab, or other source control software
Experience coding around file management/access/transfer using SFTP
Has written code to consume SOAP and REST Web Services
Ability to develop, trouble-shoot, and support custom Windows Services
Experience writing SQL queries to process large amounts of data in a set-based fashion
Experience with programmatically processing files using event-based technology in C#
Ability to create dynamic Packages or Pipelines in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) / Azure Data Factory
Knowledge of the Azure portal and creating basic infrastructure
Demonstrated proficiency utilizing Azure Functions to run .NET code
