Job Description:

  • Must have 8+ years of experience.
  • Good Understanding of Presto Admin with knowledge of Presto Admin.
  • Able to handle the Medium to complex issues related to Connectivity and Server performance.
  • Worked / Working Knowledge on Azure Kubernetes Usage and Troubleshooting on issues.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor them.
  • Working on Resolution for issues related to Server Availability and standard procedures on the connectivity issues.
  • Analysing the connection issues and troubleshooting to figure out the root cause and Customer communications on the same.
  • Able to work with Vendor teams as needed for various issues and best practices
