Key Responsibilities

 

  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, set clear project objectives, track deliveries and key performance indicators agreed in contract
  • Develop, execute and track Change Management plans
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
    • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, KPIs to ensure the reliability and performance of B2C IT solutions.
    • Conduct testing and quality control to identify and rectify defects.
  • Risk Management (RIAD):
  • Proactively identify risks that may impact a successful programme / project completion.
  • Create a mitigation plan for these risks and maintain a project issues list.
  • Record and assure visibility of identified programme / project issues as well as track all the assumptions and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create action plans and assign responsibility for execution till closure of all RAID items. Close issue logs, action plans & records upon issue resolution. Archive issue results centrally
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create &maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports & change logs.
    • Regularly tracking, report progress and status of deliveries, RAIDs, KPIs to internal and external stakeholders
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
    • Ensure cost control and optimal resource utilization.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify areas for improvement in IT processes, propose enhancements & implement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure that projects and teams comply to regulatory and security standards, including GDPR, ISO, and industry-specific requirements
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a team of IT service professionals.
  • Foster a customer-focused culture, emphasizing responsiveness & continuous improvement.
