NOTES: - looking for someone with master data acumen with business data skills- can come into a meeting, quickly digest and organize people's thoughts and synthesize into options - helpful if familiar with master data but doesn't have to be an expert - BA skills: test script writing, manage user acceptance testing - functional BA / functional IT BA possible - need to see more projects with mdm, master data governance - someone who's done a transformational project, not necessarily in SAP - advanced Excel - knowledge of supply chain data - not looking for a data analyst/mdm expert/data quality expert/data architect What You Will Do: At L'Oréal, our ambition is to become the #1 BeautyTech company, meaning inventing the beauty of the future while becoming the company of the future. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12 month duration focusing on a key project to transform our code creation process and technology. This role resides within the Data Center of Excellence group and the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of master data management principles, as well as a strong background in requirements gathering, solution design and data profiling. The successful candidate will have the ability to drive common understanding between business and technology stakeholders as we move through design, solutioning, testing and hypercare. Tasks include: o Project management support and documentation o Create design documents o Create/adjust: SOPs, Work instructions, process flows, playbooks o Perform Data mapping o Perform Data validation o Write test scripts o Business Analyst testing (Data Quality Assurance) o UAT Lead o Key hyper care lead Required Qualifications: Must have o Master Data Acumen (taxonomy, data modeling, data governance, data literacy tools) o Data profiling skills: Advanced Excel o Requirements gathering skillset o Strong Communication skills (written & verbal) Nice to have o Data profiling skills: SQL o Change Management Experience o Experience with tools: Collibra, SAP, PEGA, Service now o Beauty/Consumer Goods industry experience
