Job Title: Business Analyst / Functional Consultant (Contract)

Location: Sangamwadi, Pune, 411001

Walk-in Details: May 27th, 28th, 29th | 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience: 4-8 years

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements, breaking them down into manageable backlogs and use cases.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and provide assistance during the development process.
• Conduct thorough analysis of storage domain requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering techniques and methodologies.
• Experience in breaking down requirements into user stories, use cases, or backlogs.
• Proficiency in analyzing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of the storage domain and associated technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Business Analysis or relevant field is a plus.
