Description

Key Responsibilities:

System Support: Provide day-to-day support for the Baan IV system, addressing and resolving issues promptly.

• Project Delivery: Collaborate with project teams and end users to understand their requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.

Troubleshooting: Analys and solve functional problems related to the Baan system, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with end users to gather needs and communicate solutions effectively.

Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to drive projects forward, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Documentation & Organization: Maintain organized records of system configurations, support activities, and project deliverables. Qualifications:

Experience: In-depth understanding of the Baan IV system or experience with Infor LN (as Baan IV is an older system).

Skills: o Strong functional understanding of Baan or Infor LN with the ability to resolve functional issues.
