Backend Java Lead

About the job

Project- Team focuses on mobile app verifications for authentications. Looking for Sr. Back-End Developer. Looking for someone that's onsite, able to convert and needs to be Sr. enough to be able to take on multiple initiatives at once. Experienced managing applications that were receiving 5000 requests/minute and able to keep the lights on.

Skills- Very fluid with Spring Boot, Strong understanding of AWS (practical knowledge required, no certs required) Containerization, S3 objects, EC3 containers, auto scaling. Ability to troubleshoot, everyone on team functions partly as Production Support, there is an on-call rotation (every 8 weeks, 2-weeks on call)

BAU work, maintenance and Enhancement of Mobile App Verification application. Strictly back-end (no front-end experience needed)

Splunk, Apache Camel (nice to have)

AWS- (How to run containers, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, EC3 containers, auto scaling)
