Job Title: We are Seeking aggressive Bench Sales Recruiters with good communication skills. (Senior and Lead ) - Who can lead a bunch of Junior bench sales recruiters and Frehers

 

Must-Have: Between 2 Years to 6 Years of experience in the field of IT Bench Sales

 

  • Experienced with the full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up on interview schedules, closing the best deals
  • Experience in working with C2C Hiring, US citizens, GC, H1B, EAD, and OPT. Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals, and other Networking techniques
  • Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).

 

Responsibilities

 

Posting their resume on all job portals like Dice, Monster, social networking portals, etc.

Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals.

Broadcasting the consultant's profile and the company's Hotlist on a periodical basis.

Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.

Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end-client interview schedules.

Intimate the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications.

Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups.

Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.

Update the tracker as per the business need on a daily basis.

 

Qualifications

Any Bachelors Degree

 

Experience – 2 to 7 Year(15 open positions )

 

Salary - The Best in the industry based on prior experience.

 

Work Schedule – Night Shift

 

Timings - 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST)

Working Days – Monday To Friday
