Responsibilities: 
Market bench candidates to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates and ensure timely placements.
Develop relationships with vendors and clients in the US market.
Coordinate with legal teams regarding work authorization and compliance.

Qualifications: 
2+ years of experience in US IT bench sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of US tax terms and visa types.
