Position : Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience Level : 3 to 8 Years

Location : Begumpet - Hyderabad (Day 1 On-Site)

Work Timings : Purely Night Shifts - From 7 pm IST to 4 am

Salary : Best in the Market

* Market bench consultants.

* Maintain active bench list.

* Expertise in Placing H1 B, GC, GC-EAD,H4-EAD,USC

* Develop cordial relationship with tier1 vendors and get more number of requirements from them.

* Quickly update the resume as per requirement and submit to vendor.

* Monitor and capture the new areas of market.

* Develop new business areas, tier1 vendors.

* Cold calling.

* Updating resumes in all job boards.

* Constantly updating the vendor database.

* Create vendor database client wise, region wise.
