Job Description:

we are looking for ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in bench sales/recruitment within the IT staffing industry. They should possess a deep understanding of the IT market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of placing candidates on projects.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in US Bench Sales recruitment or IT recruitment
Experience with direct client and vendor management.
Excellent knowledge of US geography and staffing industry trends
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
