Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated BI Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills, experience in writing BRDs, and the ability to conduct ad hoc analysis. Experience with AWS Redshift is highly desired but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
Develop and maintain BRDs to clearly define project requirements and scope.
Perform ad hoc analysis and provide timely responses to data requests.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations.
Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data quality and integrity.
Stay up-to-date on the latest BI tools and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex query writing and optimization.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
