Job Description
Engage with business units and stakeholders to define scope of effort, work deliverables, and project plans and help resolve/escalate issues as needed to successfully deliver project(s) --- Business Intelligence focused efforts

Assist with creation of process documents, how to queries, data visualization, etc.

Identify metrics/KPI’s to drive the business forward and turn data into valuable insights by leveraging creative solutions, effectively communicating insights to key stakeholders

Recommend improvements to existing business analysis and interpretation of data

Act as a subject matter expert in building, advising and enabling enterprise reports, dashboards, visualizations, resulting in complex solutions for cross-functional initiatives.

 

Requirements
Build Adhoc SQL queries to answer business question

Build Tableau dashboard to visualize results

Track and publish service level performance indicators (KPIs)

Communicate progress of issue resolution and enhancement requests to business

Perform QA and User Acceptance Testing

Assist stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts with User Acceptance Testing Improve support processes
