Responsibilities
  • Proven experience evaluating business processes and re-engineering.
  • Proven experience writing clear and concise technical training materials and user documentation.
  • Working knowledge of application development life cycle.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and processes through the application life cycle.
  • Generates reports of KPI scorecards & effective dashboards after gathering and translating end user requirements.
  • Assist in generating various management and administrative reports based on the gathered data.
  • Demonstrate various visualization capabilities to measure the effectiveness of business operations.
  • Present analyzed data via tools such as heat-maps, charts, trendline, and location-based maps visualizations.
  • Must be able to implement data analytics and automation of the reporting process.
  • Microsoft Suite experience (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, MS Project).
  • Write SQL queries to analyze and validate data warehouse data.
  • Analyze Insurance Policy, Billing, Commissions, Claims and B2B partner related data.
  • Perform data profiling to identify anomalies.
  • Collaborate with business users.
  • Business level strong communication skills.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
  • Identify application development needs in order to improve and streamline operations.
  • SharePoint design experience with Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, content types automation, Power Apps, SharePoint online and workflow etc development.
  • Automation of Business Processes using workflow capabilities within SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio Planning, creation, configuration, customization, checks, and remedy of issues related to SharePoint Sites and user requirements.
  • Analyze, Design, Develop and Integrate Applications on SharePoint. Evaluate the functional requirements and implement Business solutions to enhance SharePoint experience for the Users.
  • Designing and testing SharePoint and web-based content management solutions.
  • Microsoft Suite experience (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, MS Project).
