Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive and Workforce Planning Resource to join our team. This position requires at least 5+ years of experience in developing Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, as well as extensive experience in workforce planning for large organizations.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in the design, configuration, optimization, and management of both Workday Adaptive Planning and Workforce Planning. In addition, this candidate should have a deep understanding of how to leverage both systems to create meaningful insights to inform strategic decision making.

Responsibilities Include

 

  • Design, configure, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models
  • Design, configure, and optimize Workforce Planning models
  • Lead the development and implementation of workforce planning processes
  • Analyze data and create solutions to drive decision making
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to users
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate technical documentation
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

     

The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and an approachable personality. Previous experience in creating automated predictive models is an asset. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.
