BI Developer

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our team in the vibrant cities of Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune. As a BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

✮ Data Modeling: Design and implement effective data models for efficient reporting and analytics.

✮ ETL Development: Develop robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.

✮ Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights and trends, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

✮ Dashboard and Report Development: Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and reports to present key business metrics.

✮ Performance Tuning: Optimize queries and processes to ensure optimal performance of BI solutions.

✮ Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

✮ Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

✮ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

✮ Proven experience as a BI Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience.

✮ Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

✮ Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.

✮ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

✮ Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

✮ Experience in the financial industry or related sectors is a plus.
